The observers visited 226 polling stations in Cork county, Cork city, Dublin county, Dublin city, Galway constituencies, Kildare constituencies, Laois-Offaly constituencies, Limerick, Longford-Westmeath and Wexford constituencies. On 6 March 2011 the group of participants of the “Election Observation: Theory and Practice” project monitored the conduct of the Parliamentary elections to in Estonia. The project "Election Observation: Theory and Practice" finished its yet another mission, during which a group of short-term international observers accredited under the Swedish International Liberal Center observed the parliamentary election in Latvia.

This time students of EHU and other Lithuanian higher schools, as well as members of Belarusian and Swedish NGOs were accredited as international observers at Parliamentary Election in Norway on 14 September.
